“TIME-EEZ” SESSION
This procedure is based on the centries-used ‘Meridian Clock’.
The Meridian Clock is divided into 12 x 2hr segments.
Each 2-hour segment has a set relationship
to what the body should ‘naturally’ be focusing on.
Each time sement also has a specific Meridian assigned to it,
which means that a specific Chi-Fork can be used to influence/retune
its specific time segment.
BODY-CLOCK ‘OUT-OF-SYNC’
When a Body-Clock is out-of-sync with the Meridian Clock, ‘things’ like -
feelings of ‘disassociation with the day’, or sleep issues,
or mood-swings, or general fatigue, or lack of motivation -
may be experienced by the self and/or noticeable to ‘close-by’ others.
It may also make that Body less able to be ‘naturally’ healthy.
RESET BODY-CLOCK TO ‘NATURAL’ DAY-NIGHT TIMES
This may be especially useful to people who have disrupted sleep patterns
through the variation of life and/or lifestyle - like time-of-the-day commitments,
eg attending to family matters, like caring for babies/children or an unwell person,
or through committments to rotating/varying ‘swings’ of shift work.
For most ‘out-of-sync sufferers’, the aim is to reset
- or as preferred with “Intunitive” Kinesiology, ‘retune’ -
the Body-Clock to the Meridian Clock and therefore more aligned
to ‘earth-natural’ day-night times.
This may assist to alleviate or ‘fix’ the sort of
out-of-sync issues mentioned above.
RESET BODY-CLOCK TO ‘UN-NATURAL’ DAY-NIGHT TIMES
However, if you have more ‘permanent’ out-of-sync commitments
like night, overnight, or ‘early-morning-start’ shifts,
it may be better to ‘shift’ the Meridian Clock to better match
the ‘regular’ times within which your Body Clock needs to operate.
USUALLY ‘APPLIED’ AT THE BEGINNING OF CLIENT’S DAY
This ‘time-shift’ Session can be very ‘energizing’,
therefore is usually best ‘applied’ near the beginning of a person’s day
- that is, whether that be ‘earth-morning’ or ‘shift-morning’ -
so there is time for the ‘energy’ to be at least
a bit dispersed/used before ‘sleep-time’.
If a ‘morning’ session is not arrangeable,
then an ‘afternoon’ session is okish, but some post-session
physical activity, would probably be a good idea.
