CHAKRA PAIRS
YIN-YANG ‘OPPOSITE’ PAIRS
Each Major Chakra comprises of two opposite-each-other ‘cones’ -
one being Yin and the other being Yang.
CHAKRAS 2 TO 6 - FRONT AND BACK PAIRS
For Major Chakras Two to Six
- Sacral, Solar, Heart, Throat & Brow -
the Yin Cone is considered to be on the front of the body
and the Yang Cone to be on the back of the body.
CHAKRAS 1 & 7 - UPWARDS AND DOWNWARDS PAIRS
For Major Chakras One and Seven
- Base/Root and Crown respectively -
an upwards/downwards pairing occurs.
For the Base/Root Chakra,
the Yin Cone opens downwards between the inner thighs
and the Yang Cone opens upwards from the top of the Head.
(We acknowledge here that some depict the Base Yang Cone to extend at
45-degrees rearwards and downwards from the tail bone - but we favour up/down).
The Base Chakra ‘finishes’ about mid inner-thigh,
while the Root Chakra ‘finishes’ at/between the feet
For the Crown Chakra,
the Yin Cone opens upwards from the top of the Head
and the Yang Cone opens downwards between the inner thighs.
CHAKRAS 1 & 7 - NOT THE SAME PAIR
At first, it would be easy to summize that Chakras 1 & 7 are ‘the same’
and therefore ‘treating’ one pair will automatically treat the other.
The ‘reality’ is that each exists separately
BUT simultaneously in a shared space -
if healthy, both spinning the same clockwise direction.
However, they do vibrate at different intensity
to create their dominant colour - set by their ‘Yin’,
so if a ‘Sensitive’ looks (down) at the top of a person’s head,
the violet colour of the Yin Crown Chakra dominates -
but if the ‘Sensitive’ looks (up) at the base of person’s torso,
then the red colour of the Yin Base Chakra dominates.
CHAKRAS 1 & 7 - ‘TREAT’ SEPARATE
So, while these two Chakras share the same space,
through their yin-yang opposities,
we ‘treat’ 1st & 7th Chakras as separate.

- the top cone is ‘purely’ Crown
- the lower cone is ‘purely’ Base/Root
